Counseling

I welcome you are as you are just the way that you are. From this place of acceptance, we get to be curious together about what it means to be you in this world, we get to pay close and careful attention to you and your journey, and we get to be curious about what would be most supportive to you and your desires. My desire is for you to be in the world in the way that feels best to you and through being curious, learning, and exploring we get to uncover and shift anything that may be standing in the way of that.

I believe that every person belongs here in this world and holds a gift and a purpose. I love supporting people in connecting with their true nature, their inner guiding light and the deep wisdom that they hold within. I am a depth psychologist by nature and training. The tools and approaches I use help connect us to the wisdom we hold within, as well as the places that are in need of attention and care. I use imagery, mindfulness, somatic therapy, play therapy, presence, hypnosis, Family Constellations, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, curiosity, and whatever inspiration calls for, to access the inner wisdom, and beliefs that are at work under our conscious awareness.

I have worked as a hypnotherapist since 2011. I guide people on visual and somatic journeys into their subconscious mind to find the deep wisdom that resides there. I am continually amazed by how much wisdom, healing potential, and life force we have that remains hidden and not accessed. Though hypnosis may be a part of our therapy sessions together, I have found that there are endless ways to access our unconscious material and create the desired outcome. Presence and mindfulness always being an important part of the process.

I do my best to create a caring and welcoming environment where we can nurture and support the healing process together.
